I’m a Digital Strategist and Analyst with a background in Psychology. I research human behaviour and translate those insights into content, from short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) to long-form YouTube storytelling and written articles. My work explores the psychology behind why people connect with certain stories, ideas and brands.

My Story
With an Honours in Psychology with Counselling Skills, my real education began years ago, as my brain and the digital world seemed to be in a constant tug-of-war. I’d study theories of the mind and strategise viral content, seeing those very theories play out in real time.
Personally, I’m a collector of experiences. I travel to understand how culture writes itself onto the human brain, especially in children. I adventure to feel my own brain switch into pure focus. I create art to see thoughts take physical shape.
I realised we’re all living this conflict: our ancient brains navigating a modern world of algorithms, highlight reels and infinite choice. This is to take the insights from my counselling training, my work as a Digital Strategist and my travels, studying how different cultures shape the mind and turn them into practical wisdom.
This is my quiet rebellion against letting the world happen to us. It’s about learning to use our brains, not just being used by them.
